ARD is an accredited Centre of Competence for DataM of Germany, developer of Copra roll forming design software. We offer a roll forming process design and troubleshooting service, using Copra RF, to design cost efficient forming processes for critical, roll-formed sections and parts.
We use Copra FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate new and existing process designs. FEA models accurately represent the roll forming process allowing us to optimize/prove the roll and process design before the actual roll forming line is built. We work in close collaboration with Henry Wolfkamp from ARM (Australian Rollforming Manufacturers) and DataM Germany who collectively offer many years of practical roll forming experience to inform our design and optimization work.
